Created in honor of Freddy Hernandez, we support individuals and families through education, community, and connection—ensuring that loss is seen, understood, and met with hope. Freddy's legacy lives on through compassion that heals and unites.

Our mission is to support our local community and surrounding areas through life's most challenging moments.

Our Initiatives

Epilepsy Education & Awareness

Providing education on epilepsy and seizure first aid, including seminars held at both Benicia High School and Benicia Middle School.

Freddy's Next Phase Scholarship

Supporting students at Liberty High School as they take their next steps forward in their educational journeys.

Aloha for Awareness

A community fundraiser featuring a cornhole tournament, Hawaiian music, and food, supported by the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California.

Grief Support Groups

Creating safe spaces for parents who have experienced the loss of a child, offering connection, understanding, and support.

Community Outreach

Partnering with local organizations to give back through initiatives such as back-to-school backpack drives, holiday meals, and gifts.

Family Assistance Grants

Providing financial support for essential needs, including transportation for families undergoing medical treatments.
