Sol Connection Session with Domino (formerly known as KAP) Sol Connection Sessions are a group energy experience — the same modality you've come to know, now named in a way that reflects how I work with the energy. You'll lie down, close your eyes, and let presence do the rest. Through light touch and transmitted energy, your nervous system is invited to soften, release, and reorganize on its own terms. What unfolds is body-led: spontaneous movement, waves of emotion, stillness, heat, or deep quiet. There's nothing to do and nothing to perform — only to receive. These sessions work with the body's own intelligence to move stuck energy, settle the nervous system, and return you to a felt sense of yourself. Some arrive carrying tension or grief; others come simply to drop in. However you come, you're met where you are. As a holistic nurse and somatic practitioner, I hold this space with care, safety, and reverence for whatever wants to move through you. Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water.
